Based on a true story about an innocent weekend in the desert. This story includes booze, drugs, unemployment, foreign rental cars, possibly Alice Cooper, a funeral, an armadillo, desperation, Chinese food and ghosts.

A short novel about drugs, cigarettes, homelessness, bad musicianship, illness, child smothering and suicide.
